Week Night Out: Summer In Italy

This is the perfect night out! Bring a friend, a date or make it a fun girls night out! You can also bring a bottle of wine to enjoy!

While you bite your bruschetta Marina will show you how to make the dessert you will be having tonight, which includes a delicious zabaione cream, perfect for a tiramisu with a twist. Then, while putting together the salad, she will share some techniques to make the perfect vinaigrette to pair with a balsamic reduction. A good sauce is essential to enjoy pasta and you will get all the tips and tricks to make a homemade pomodoro and basilico sauce that will become a staple at your home. Hands on part: you will make gnocchi, your own creation of the night!

Only premium ingredients will be used for this class and dinner. All Italian products and premium American brands.

Includes:  appetizer, meal and dessert. Material with recipes.

Menu: Bruschetta al pomodoro  with burrata - Ricotta gnocchi with the best pomodoro e basilico sauce – Tiramisu alle ciliegie trifle cups (mascarpone, Amaretto Di Sarono, amarena cherries, cherry reduction sauce and ladyfingers)
